Check in is between the hours of 4.00pm
to 10.00pm, unless agreed otherwise at
the time of booking. |

Cancellations.
|
|
|
At the time of booking, credit
card details are requested to
secure the booking. In the event
of a cancellation, these card
details will be used to process
any payments due. If the
cancellation is more than 7 days
prior to arrival, a full refund
(where applicable) or no
cancellation charge will be
made. If the notice period is
less than 7 days prior to
arrival, one night will be
deducted and the rest refunded. No-shows (i.e. no cancellation
given) will be charged for the
full amount. Last check in time
is 22:00, unless discussed prior
to arrangement. If arrival time
changes please contact us
immediately.
To make a cancellation, you will
be required to call us on +44
(0)131 4675787. Please ensure
you have your credit /debit card
details handy in order that we
can arrange for the refund
(where applicable) to be made. |
